Welcome to Drovidia. On this occasion, I will share how to flash the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE with model SM-S731B/DS that is experiencing software/system problems such as bootloop, stuck on the logo, recovery errors, and similar issues by flashing the firmware.
I have tried this method of reinstalling the OS on the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, and it successfully fixed the bootloop stuck on the logo, and also successfully downgraded or upgraded the OS version.
Here are the firmware version details for SM-S731B/SD that I used, which I have compressed so that their size is much smaller than the original size without changing/damaging the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE firmware files:

Actually, it does not have to be exactly the same, bro. However, if the firmware and phone model are already the same, then there is a high chance that the flashing process will succeed. But if it has already completely died and you do not know the exact version details, you can just give it a try; who knows, it might work.
How To Flash Samsung Galaxy S25 FE SM-S731B/DS
Here is a complete step-by-step guide on how to flash the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE using ODIN:
- Download the SM-S731B XID firmware
- Extract the downloaded SM-S731B firmware by right-clicking > then selecting Extract Here (password: evilicacelldotcom) and wait until the extraction process is complete. It will then produce a folder containing the firmware files.
- Download the Samsung USB drivers, then install them by right-clicking Samsung USB Driver.exe> selecting Run as administrator, choosing the language and country, and installing until finished.
- Download Odin3_v3.14.1 > then extract it in the same way as well, and run Odin3.exe by right-clicking > selecting Run as administrator and wait until it opens.
- Click the AP box in Odin3, then navigate to the extracted Samsung Galaxy S731B firmware (tar.md5), click Open, and wait until the firmware loading process is complete.
- Also insert the BL, CP, and CSC files according to the extracted firmware
- With the Samsung Galaxy S731B phone turned off and the battery charged, press and hold the volume up + volume down buttons while connecting it to the PC using a USB cable.
- The text Warning! will then appear on the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE screen; press the volume up button once to enter Download Mode.
- It will be detected as Samsung Mobile USB modem in Device Manager, and Com: xxx will appear in the Com ID section in Odin.
- Click the Start button in Odin to begin the flashing process, and the Samsung S731B flashing process will run automatically; just wait until the flashing process reaches 100% without errors.
If the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE SM-S731B flashing process using Odin has finished 100% without errors, a blue Reset or green Pass notification will appear in Odin, and the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will restart automatically. Just wait until it reaches the initial screen.
