Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drovidia.com regarding your use of the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations on the same subject matter.

No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth herein shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
