A few days ago, I received a service job for an Advan S7A tablet with a forgotten pattern lock problem. Forgotten pattern locks are indeed a very common issue, whether because users frequently change their patterns or because children accidentally change the settings without fully understanding what they are doing.

The good news is that Unlocking a pattern lock on Advan Android devices is very easy. You do NOT need any special tools, software, or even a computer/laptop. This can be done simply using button combinations on the device itself!

1.  Once the process is finished, you will be returned to the main Recovery Mode menu.
2. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm.
3. The tablet will now restart.

Step 6: Initial Setup

1.  After rebooting, the tablet will start up and begin the initial setup process, just like a brand new device.
2. Follow the on-screen step-by-step instructions to configure the device according to your preferences.
3. Once completed, you will successfully enter the main home screen; your pattern lock has been successfully Unlocked!
